72 to 85 kgs! 32 to 35 inches waist! Can no longer see my belt buckle while standing!
All the above changes over a period of 1 year!! These had to get me doing something. Running it is this year. Hope to make it for a half marathon in about a year’s time. But starting with the 5k for now.
I have a new pair of shoes. A set of attire cordoned off for the training. And a print out of one of the more popular trainings for the 5k pinned up on my board. Just got to see how soon I can actually start training.
Searches on the net for information on the matter has been a revelation though. Tons of material & tons more of running enthusiasts active on this medium. I was also surprised by the number of people in India / Bangalore into running.
