Recently I had the opportunity to attend a Value Clarification workshop. Firstly, I was glad that I was getting a chance to spend 3 whole days in dwelling on a non-routine business topic as value. Secondly, I was so pleased that the content & conduct of the workshop was as engrossing it was.
I think the course was beneficial not only for organizational development but also for personal growth. I am now on a concrete path to clarify my personal values which I believe will result in a sense of well being & purposeful life.
Even when I went through the 7 Habits workshop a couple of years ago, this topic had struck a chord within me. But never got down to spending enough time. But now after going through 3 full days of Value Clarification, I am positive this ought to be done.
