Yesterday, it was the new mall in town that wowed me. Today, it’s the turn of Bengaluru’s libraries. RFID for super quick check-outs, home delivery within hours, chain of outlets across town, very affordable (5 books/mags at a time, no time limit, about Rs.3500/$70 a year) … what else can I say but WOW!
